Plan your transport

A time may come from the stand plan, an email or the organiser’s booking portal. Note the source and which access road or hall it refers to. A confirmed site access also does not mean your stand team is there at exactly that time – we coordinate both before the transport.

When the venue allocates slots

Many organisers allocate time windows for delivery vehicles during build-up, sometimes with registration or a holding area outside the grounds. Check the exhibitor manual to see whether and how a slot is booked. If you have a booking, send us the reference; if not, we plan with your preferred window and mark it as unconfirmed.

Planning realistic buffer times

Between arrival at the grounds and handover at the stand there may be registration, waiting time and internal routes. Do not schedule build-up to start at the exact minute of delivery. How delays at the venue are handled is set out in our quotation.

What matters

  • Preferred date and confirmed time window are stated separately.
  • Any booking or slot reference is given with hall and access road.
  • It has been checked that the stand team will be on site during the window.
