Plan your transport

Organiser documents are often long and address several groups. Refer to the specific page or appendix for deliveries and give the version date. If an older email contradicts the new documents, flag it for clarification instead of quietly adopting the more convenient version.

What to look for in the exhibitor manual

For transport, these sections usually matter most: build-up and dismantling times, delivery rules and time windows, access gates and registration, rules for forklift and crane work, empty-packaging storage and on-site logistics contacts. With this information we can plan collection, delivery and return realistically.

When on-site logistics has its own rules

At many venues, certain services inside the halls are reserved for a provider appointed by the organiser or require registration. Check which services this concerns. We set the handover point so that it fits these rules and record it in the quotation.

What matters

  • The current version of the documents for this event is available.
  • The delivery access is distinguished from the visitor entrance.
  • Contacts for on-site logistics and event management are named.
