If a fair is postponed, this usually affects outbound and return transport at the same time. Tell us both new time ranges and the changed collection readiness; we reconcile the existing plan and confirm the new dates to you.

A new show day does not necessarily shift every logistics window by the same interval. Compare the updated organiser information with collection readiness and return deadlines, for example for rented equipment. Mark old times explicitly as replaced so suppliers, stand team and recipients work from the same version.

Plan your transport

Should I just tell you the new show date?

Also give us the requested transport dates. Build-up, delivery and collection can shift differently from the show days, and rented equipment often has its own deadlines. With all the new dates, we replan both journeys accordingly.

Coordinating delivery windows for exhibition transport

Exhibition centres often work with fixed delivery windows during build-up. We plan your transport to fit the confirmed time slot – for that we need your preferred date, any existing confirmation and, where applicable, the booking reference.

Transporting rented event equipment

We collect rented furniture, technical equipment and other hire items from the rental company, deliver them to the trade fair and return them after the event. Because the collection point, return address and return deadline often differ, we plan both legs with you from the start.

When the fair closes, everything should go back quickly and complete. We collect your exhibition goods after dismantling – planned around the time the shipment is actually packed and released, not around the last visitor hour.
