For the delivery, what counts is a contact who is genuinely on site and reachable. Name one person at the stand and a deputy for the delivery window – then the driver can contact them directly and handover runs without waiting.
Request transportCheck not only who is named but whether that person can identify the shipment. They should have the project and packing list references. At shift changes, the deputy needs the same information; a phone number alone does not settle who accepts and counts the packages.

If you are not reachable at the stand during the handover, also name an on-site contact. Their mobile number and availability should match the delivery window. That way short-notice questions at the gate can be settled directly.
