After the fair and dismantling, the shipment rarely matches its original state. Record repacked units, changed contents and missing packaging parts before you confirm the return – then we plan the return journey to fit the actual load.

A short repacking round with the stand team shows whether original units still exist or have been combined. Update identifiers together with the content assignment. Sold goods, used material and other people’s rented parts should not quietly remain on the old outbound list just because it already exists as a document.

Missing packaging parts are named and a solution is agreed.

Plan your transport

Why does the return shipment need a fresh check?

Build-up, use and dismantling change packaging and composition. The return transport should be based on the condition actually ready for collection – not on photos or lists from the outbound leg. A short update is enough, and we plan vehicle and collection accordingly.

Organising partial returns from the exhibition stand

Not every item you bring returns from the fair: samples are handed out, exhibits sold, material stays with the customer. We also organise partial returns – based on an updated package list containing only what actually goes back.

After unpacking, crates, cases and protective parts have to stay somewhere – and be back at the stand on time for dismantling. We plan your return transport so that storage and return of empty packaging are clear from the start.
