Transport solutions

Your exhibition materials. One coordinated transport plan.

An exhibit in a protective case, several flightcases or a set of stand components: we clarify what will be ready, where handover takes place and which tasks belong in the quotation. This gives your event a clearly defined transport scope.

01

Transporting exhibits to a trade fair

We organise transport for your exhibit to the exhibition and clarify its packed configuration and handover point. Delicate surfaces, removable parts and separately packed accessories determine the requirements for the shipment.

02

Delivering exhibition stand components

Wall panels, profiles and connectors often form one installation. Grouping packages by assembly area helps the receiving team identify which components belong together during delivery.

03

Transporting demonstration equipment

For demonstration equipment, specify its intended transport condition. Identify separately packed accessories and distinguish the main unit from consumables so the shipment description reflects the complete demonstration setup.

04

Transporting product samples to a stand

Sample collections often contain similar items. Organise cartons by collection or product group and record which samples should return after the event rather than remain with visitors.

05

Transporting display screens to exhibitions

Screen dimensions may differ substantially from their packed size. Describe the existing packaging and record mounts, playback devices and cables as related items within the shipment.

06

Transporting flightcases for events

Flightcases with similar dimensions may contain very different loads. Number each case and describe wheels, handles and its intended transport orientation instead of treating every case as identical.

Good to know

Plan your transport

What goods can I request transport for?

Examples include exhibits, stand components, screens, flightcases and event furniture. We assess the transport configuration and conditions at collection and delivery for your specific shipment.

Can I request outward and return transport together?

Yes. We assess each leg with its own dates, collection and delivery points and package details. The return shipment may be smaller or go to a different address. Include the return journey in your enquiry so it is explicitly addressed in the quotation.

Who handles loading and unloading?

Responsibility is agreed for both locations before booking. We establish which people and loading equipment are available on site and which additional tasks you need. The quoted scope sets out who handles each task.

What determines the transport price?

The route, package dimensions and weight, timing constraints and handover conditions determine the work involved. We assess these for your shipment and specify the quoted scope, with requested additional tasks and return journeys identified separately.
