Plan your transport

Some materials can only be accepted once a certain area is accessible – flooring before walls, for example. Name such dependencies using package groups. A short check between the stand builder and the receiving contact clarifies which sequence is truly required and which can be adjusted if needed.

When build-up and delivery are far apart

If build-up starts early and the exhibit is needed later, a two-part delivery can make sense: stand construction first, then exhibits and fittings. Whether this pays off depends on time windows and storage options at the venue. On request, we quote both variants separately.

Who receives?

The build crew is often busy on the stand area. Decide who counts and accepts the packages at delivery time and give us their mobile number. That avoids waiting at the vehicle.

What matters

  • The start of goods receipt at the stand is known.
  • A build crew contact is named with a mobile number.
  • The components needed first are marked as a package group.
