Plan your transport
A good start is a walk through all planned materials: what is already packed, what is still being produced, and what will other suppliers deliver directly? This results in different levels of information. An early enquiry may have gaps but should state when the final selection is expected to be confirmed.
A realistic timeline
As soon as the fair, stand size and rough material volume are fixed, you can send an enquiry. Exhibitor manuals usually state build-up times, delivery rules and contacts for on-site logistics. With these details, we plan collection, delivery window and return transport before the busy phase begins.
The most common gaps the first time
Packed dimensions, an on-site contact and a plan for empty packaging are often missing. Simply mark these points as open. We ask targeted questions, and you receive a quotation whose scope you can follow.
What matters
- A list of all items that will actually travel is available.
- The exhibitor documents with build-up times and delivery rules have been collected.
- Package dimensions and weights still open are marked as provisional.
