Plan your transport

A shared stand number easily hides several owners and return routes. Keep a recognisable material group per company, even if one person receives everything. Shared equipment needs its own owner – otherwise it remains unclear after the event who takes it back.

One coordinator, many senders

It works well to have one person who collects the delivery times, packing lists and contacts of all co-exhibitors. We then coordinate with that person, and each company keeps track of its own packages through its material group.

Plan the returns separately

After the event, routes often diverge: back to the factory, to storage or straight to the next fair. State the return destination, contact and receiving hours for each exhibitor. We can then check which returns can sensibly be combined and quote them transparently and separately.

What matters

  • Every package is assigned to an exhibitor and its material group.
  • A coordinator receives the joint delivery and knows all groups.
  • Return addresses and contacts are given separately for each exhibitor.
