Hall number, entry gate and stand number serve different purposes in an exhibition delivery: the gate determines access, the hall the area, the stand number the recipient. List all three separately – then we route your shipment to the stand without detours.

A stand change within the same hall can mean a different access or recipient, even though the street address stays the same. Check the current hall plan together with the delivery reference. Old numbers should be recognisable as outdated so that labels, enquiry and contacts do not keep three different destinations alive.

The stand number has been checked against the current hall plan.

What changes if the stand is moved at short notice?

More than the stand number: hall, gate, contact or handover point may also change. Send us all affected details together and update the labels. We adjust the plan so your material still reaches the new stand on time.

Clear labelling decides whether your exhibition goods reach the right stand quickly. In addition to the venue address, every package should show the event, hall, stand number, exhibitor and package number – in line with the organiser’s delivery information.

A change of venue often means more than a new postcode. Besides the address, tell us about changed access routes, time windows and contacts – then we can replan your transport quickly and check whether the previous scope still fits.

Naming a contact for trade fair deliveries

For the delivery, what counts is a contact who is genuinely on site and reachable. Name one person at the stand and a deputy for the delivery window – then the driver can contact them directly and handover runs without waiting.
