Packaging can look complete and still raise questions. Check crates, cases and protective parts before exhibition transport and report loose fastenings, damaged areas or missing inserts early – then we can clarify together what is needed before collection.
Request transportA current photo of the closed unit says more than a picture of the goods before packing. Note which preparation is complete and which is still pending. If a supplier has only announced a crate, describe it as planned, not as existing. If you need help with packaging, say so explicitly in your enquiry.

No – report known defects beforehand. We can then clarify in good time what needs to happen before handover, and there is no delay on collection day. Repairing packaging is not automatically part of the transport but can be requested separately.
