A venue address often leads sat-navs to the main entrance, not to goods receiving. Describe the intended access, known restrictions and the point where the shipment is accepted – then your transport arrives at the right gate first time.

Ask the site or event manager to confirm the actual delivery access. Notes about a courtyard, separate registration or another part of the building belong in the site description. Unknown clearance heights or turning space should not be estimated from photos; we ask if they matter for the vehicle.

Which access should I state in the enquiry?

The access actually intended for deliveries. A site plan with the gate marked is more helpful than a description of the main entrance. With these details we choose a suitable vehicle and avoid detours on the event day.

We deliver to pop-up stores, showrooms and temporary presentation spaces – including locations outside traditional exhibition centres. What matters is the actual delivery address, the access route and the handover point, especially in shopping centres or shared buildings.
