Clear labelling decides whether your exhibition goods reach the right stand quickly. In addition to the venue address, every package should show the event, hall, stand number, exhibitor and package number – in line with the organiser’s delivery information.

Old shipping labels often remain visible and point to several apparently valid destinations. Remove or cover them before the shipment is collected. The current labelling matches the approved packing list and reflects any changes to stand or hall. Internal abbreviations only help if the receiving contact understands them too.

Plan your transport

Is our company logo on the packages enough?

A logo helps with recognition but does not replace a destination. Event, hall, stand and package number should match your enquiry. That keeps similar shipments distinguishable on the grounds, and your material reaches the stand without detours.

Hall number, entry gate and stand number serve different purposes in an exhibition delivery: the gate determines access, the hall the area, the stand number the recipient. List all three separately – then we route your shipment to the stand without detours.

We organise transport for joint and national pavilion stands where several exhibitors share one space. A joint delivery reduces coordination effort; so that everyone gets their own material back afterwards, we label packages by company from the start.
