Transporting flight cases for events

We organise transport for your flight cases to trade fairs and events. Identical cases can differ greatly in weight, so we plan with the number, weight and contents of each case and take castors and handles into account when loading.

An old case label may still belong to a previous event. Before collection, check that the current content list matches the case and remove outdated labels. If several cases form one system, a group ID in addition to the individual number helps: the set stays together at the destination and each case’s contents remain traceable.

What matters

Every case has a current number and weight, not just an average value.
Old labels from previous events are removed or covered.
Castors and protruding handles are included in the external dimensions.

Plan your transport

Should flight cases of the same size be treated the same way?

Not necessarily. Contents and weight can vary considerably, and some cases must not be stacked. A list with case number, weight and stackability says more than a single overall description and helps us plan the load safely and efficiently.

Labelling exhibition goods clearly

Clear labelling decides whether your exhibition goods reach the right stand quickly. In addition to the venue address, every package should show the event, hall, stand number, exhibitor and package number – in line with the organiser’s delivery information.

Stating the weight of event shipments

The weight of the main unit is rarely the weight of the package. For vehicle choice, handling equipment and unloading at the fairground, we need the gross weight per package – including case, pallet and accessories, clearly separating weighed values from estimates.

Transporting rented event equipment

We collect rented furniture, technical equipment and other hire items from the rental company, deliver them to the trade fair and return them after the event. Because the collection point, return address and return deadline often differ, we plan both legs with you from the start.
