Transporting displays and screens to a trade fair

We deliver your screens, displays and media players to the exhibition stand, properly packed. Planning is based on the dimensions of the transport packaging or flight case, plus the mounts, stands and cables that belong to each screen.

If you use several screens of the same size, link each media player and mount to a shared unit ID. State whether the stand foot stays fitted or travels separately. Describe the packaging that will actually be there on collection day – original box, case or padding – so that load space and handling equipment are planned correctly.

Mounts, stand feet and media players are assigned to the screen they belong to.
The existing packaging type is named: original box, flight case or padding.

Plan your transport

Can I give the screen diagonal as the size?

The diagonal describes the picture format, not the package. We need the external dimensions of the actual packaging and the weight including protective material and any mount packed with it. With these details, we plan load space and load securing for your displays.

Transporting flight cases for events

We organise transport for your flight cases to trade fairs and events. Identical cases can differ greatly in weight, so we plan with the number, weight and contents of each case and take castors and handles into account when loading.

Measuring exhibition goods in their packed state

For your exhibition transport, what counts are the dimensions of the fully packed unit – not the product dimensions from the data sheet. Measure including pallet, protective frame and protruding handles; with reliable package dimensions we plan vehicle and load without surprises.
