Transporting exhibition furniture to the venue

We transport counters, tables, display cabinets and seating for your exhibition stand, and back again if required. Planning depends on the transport condition: what travels dismantled, what travels assembled, and which surfaces need extra care during unloading?

With dismantled furniture, tops, frames and fittings must find each other again at the stand. A set ID such as ‘Counter 1 – three packages’ helps far more than a single line reading ‘furniture’. If you mix rented and own furniture, note the owner on each package: after the event, two different return routes will then not end up in the same shipment by mistake.

What matters

For each item of furniture, it is stated whether it travels assembled or dismantled.
Table tops, glass surfaces and upholstery are marked as delicate and packed with protection.
Rented and own furniture carry a visible owner note.

Plan your transport

Should I describe furniture as assembled or dismantled?

Describe the condition in which the furniture will actually be collected. If dismantling is still planned, mark dimensions and package count as provisional and send the final figures later. That way our quotation matches the shipment that is ready on collection day.

Transporting rented event equipment

We collect rented furniture, technical equipment and other hire items from the rental company, deliver them to the trade fair and return them after the event. Because the collection point, return address and return deadline often differ, we plan both legs with you from the start.

Checking packaging condition before exhibition transport

Packaging can look complete and still raise questions. Check crates, cases and protective parts before exhibition transport and report loose fastenings, damaged areas or missing inserts early – then we can clarify together what is needed before collection.

Returning exhibition goods to several destinations

After a joint delivery, exhibition goods often return to different destinations: exhibits to the plant, stand construction to storage, rented items to the rental company. We organise such split returns, provided each package is assigned to a return destination and each address has a contact and receiving time.
