We deliver to pop-up stores, showrooms and temporary presentation spaces – including locations outside traditional exhibition centres. What matters is the actual delivery address, the access route and the handover point, especially in shopping centres or shared buildings.

Building management often knows different delivery rules from the marketing team. Ask for the responsible site contact and a current confirmation of how and when deliveries are allowed. A photo of the shop window shows neither the delivery access nor who accepts goods outside opening hours – we clarify both before quoting.

What matters

The exact delivery address, with goods entrance or rear entrance, is named.
Access to the temporary space and permitted delivery times are confirmed.
The handover point and the receiving person are agreed.

Plan your transport

Can I use the visitor address as the delivery address?

Check with the site contact. In shopping centres and office buildings, the visitor address and the delivery point often lead to completely different entrances. Give us the delivery point and permitted times, and we will plan the handover so your pop-up can open on time.

A venue address often leads sat-navs to the main entrance, not to goods receiving. Describe the intended access, known restrictions and the point where the shipment is accepted – then your transport arrives at the right gate first time.

Where exactly do we deliver to? The gate, the hall’s goods receiving or straight onto your stand area? We agree the handover point with you and record in the quotation where our service ends and who takes over – on-site logistics, stand builder or your team.

For the delivery, what counts is a contact who is genuinely on site and reachable. Name one person at the stand and a deputy for the delivery window – then the driver can contact them directly and handover runs without waiting.
