Plan your transport

A running leg overview shows the stock after each stop, not just the original total shipment. Samples handed out, new material and equipment left behind change the next leg. Link every change to its stop so the next recipient knows what to expect.

A leg plan rather than one overall route

For each stop, record collection readiness, delivery window, contact and material. Between two stops, the gap between the end of dismantling and the next build-up start decides whether a direct onward journey fits or an intermediate stop makes sense. We clarify this for each leg together before quoting.

Material that changes along the way

Mark additions that are only loaded at a later stop and material that stays behind en route. Each leg then matches its actual load, giving us a clear basis for vehicle planning and the quotation.

What matters

  • The order of stops is fixed with dates and addresses.
  • Material changes are stated per leg: loading, removal, items staying behind.
  • A reachable contact for handover and collection is named at every stop.
