The return may go to a different warehouse than the original collection. Ask the project contact to confirm the current recipient. A short comparison of outbound and return shipments shows which units were sold, used up or repacked – so the quotation for the return is based on current data.
Outbound and return in one enquiry
You can request outbound and return transport together. We plan both journeys with their own dates, addresses and package data and show them separately in the quotation. You can see what the return includes and still adjust the return quantity after the fair.
When the return looks different
Common differences: fewer packages after samples are handed out, exhibits sold, material going straight to the next event, or a new warehouse address. Report such changes as soon as they are known; we adjust vehicle and process accordingly.
What matters
- The current return quantity is confirmed after the fair closes.
- The return address and recipient are confirmed.
- Collection readiness after dismantling is given with a time.
