Not every item you bring returns from the fair: samples are handed out, exhibits sold, material stays with the customer. We also organise partial returns – based on an updated package list containing only what actually goes back.
Request transportIf only part of the stock returns, the list should explain where the other units went. A note such as ‘stays with customer’ distinguishes a deliberate exception from an unexplained shortfall. Repacked leftovers get a current number instead of continuing under several old box numbers.

Mark them as not part of the return, for example ‘sold’ or ‘stays on site’. A cleaned-up list makes coordination easier and ensures we plan the return for the actual quantity.
