Plan your transport

What matters is the stock that actually leaves the first venue. Separate additions needed en route from material that continues unchanged. If a different stand configuration is planned at the next venue, the new packing list shows it – additional storage or intermediate handling is only included if agreed.

When there is time between two fairs

If there are several days between dismantling and the next build-up, there are two options: the material stays on the vehicle or is stored in between, or it goes back and sets off again later. Which makes more sense depends on the gap, the route and the volume. We check both options with you; interim storage is only part of the job if explicitly agreed.

Additions on the way

If new exhibits or promotional items join at the second venue, state the collection point and quantity separately. That keeps it clear what continues and what needs to be loaded.

What matters

  • Collection readiness at the first venue is known, with a time.
  • The receiving window at the next venue is confirmed or marked as a request.
  • Material changes between events are listed as separate items.
