If packages are already labelled, their labels need updating too; a new address in a single email does not automatically correct the rest of the project information.

Is it enough to send just the new address?

Also add new contacts, access routes and time windows, and mark outdated documents. The change of venue can alter the whole handover situation, even if the shipment stays the same. With complete details, we adjust planning and quotation quickly.

Hall number, entry gate and stand number serve different purposes in an exhibition delivery: the gate determines access, the hall the area, the stand number the recipient. List all three separately – then we route your shipment to the stand without detours.

If a fair is postponed, this usually affects outbound and return transport at the same time. Tell us both new time ranges and the changed collection readiness; we reconcile the existing plan and confirm the new dates to you.
