Plan your transport
With stand variants still open, separate scenarios help more than an artificial average. Name, for example, the basic equipment and an exhibit under consideration, each with its own data status. Later it remains clear whether an estimate shifted because of new quantities, different packaging or a genuinely changed transport requirement.
Budget items that are often forgotten
Besides the outbound leg, the budget usually needs the return journey, an empty-packaging solution, possible handling equipment at the venue, additional routes to further pickup points and a reserve for short-notice extra quantities. Request these points right away; we show them individually in the quotation or mark what is still open.
Enquire early, refine later
A first enquiry with provisional quantities is useful to get an order of magnitude. As soon as packing list and dates are fixed, we update the quotation on that basis. Your budget works with realistic assumptions from the start.
What matters
- The confirmed base shipment is separated from possible variants.
- Open quantity variants are described individually with their own data status.
- Every cost estimate states the date of its data status.
