An addition should be recognisable as a change to the existing order, not a loose message without reference. Bring together the original and the new status and mark the affected packages. If accessories move into an existing crate, its dimensions or weight may change even though no further package is added.

The new total quantity is calculated and reconciled with the packing list.
The adjusted quotation status is confirmed again.

Can extra material be handed over without notice?

Please report extra quantities beforehand. Even a few additional packages can change load space, weight or process, because planning is based on the shipment described. With a short update, we check whether everything can travel and adjust the quotation.

Stating the weight of event shipments

The weight of the main unit is rarely the weight of the package. For vehicle choice, handling equipment and unloading at the fairground, we need the gross weight per package – including case, pallet and accessories, clearly separating weighed values from estimates.

Measuring exhibition goods in their packed state

For your exhibition transport, what counts are the dimensions of the fully packed unit – not the product dimensions from the data sheet. Measure including pallet, protective frame and protruding handles; with reliable package dimensions we plan vehicle and load without surprises.
