We organise transport for delicate architectural, product and display models to trade fairs and exhibitions. Photos show fine details better than any product name; with images of the existing packaging and clear lifting points, we plan loading and handover.

Many models have a dedicated transport base that differs from the presentation plinth. Ask the model maker to describe the intended handover: where may it be held, and how must it be set down? Loose miniature parts are listed individually, because a photo of the assembled model does not show which parts are already packed together.

Is the word ‘fragile’ enough for a model?

A general note does not explain which areas are delicate. Add close-up photos, the protective packaging and the lifting points. Our questions then refer to your actual model, and everyone involved knows what matters when loading and setting it down.

Transporting exhibits to a trade fair

We organise transport for your exhibit to the trade fair and back again. What matters is its ready-to-ship condition: protective packaging, removable parts and separately packed accessories determine how the shipment is loaded and handed over at the exhibition grounds.

Packaging can look complete and still raise questions. Check crates, cases and protective parts before exhibition transport and report loose fastenings, damaged areas or missing inserts early – then we can clarify together what is needed before collection.

Documenting the handover of exhibition goods

At every handover at the exhibition centre, the package count and visible condition should be clearly recorded – at delivery as well as at collection after dismantling. Name the person taking over and describe discrepancies specifically rather than in general terms.
