If the count at the stand differs from the packing list, nothing is necessarily lost. Check package numbers, partial handovers and separate recipient groups before reporting a shortage – we support the clarification using the handover documentation.
Request transportA gap in the number sequence often results from changed packaging: three small boxes were combined into one crate. First check the mapping between old and new identifiers. If a discrepancy remains, document exactly that item instead of describing the entire shipment as incomplete.
