We transport set pieces, decorations and frame structures for your exhibition stand or event. Large parts are often light yet sensitive to pressure, so we plan with the packed shape, protruding elements and clear information on stackability.

A wide scenery panel may consist of a light frame with a delicate covering. Only state load-bearing capacity if the manufacturer or builder has confirmed it, rather than deducing it from appearance. Photos should also show rear supports: they often determine the packed space required more than the visible front.

What matters

Protruding parts and supports are included in the external dimensions.
The packed shape is documented with photos of the front and back.
Stackability is explicitly confirmed or marked as unknown.

Plan your transport

Can size be taken as an indication of strength?

No. A large set piece can be light and delicate. Only name load-bearing areas based on available information and leave unknown stackability open. We then plan the load so that nothing rests on your pieces that does not belong there.

Transporting delicate models for exhibitions

We organise transport for delicate architectural, product and display models to trade fairs and exhibitions. Photos show fine details better than any product name; with images of the existing packaging and clear lifting points, we plan loading and handover.

Checking packaging condition before exhibition transport

Packaging can look complete and still raise questions. Check crates, cases and protective parts before exhibition transport and report loose fastenings, damaged areas or missing inserts early – then we can clarify together what is needed before collection.

Measuring exhibition goods in their packed state

For your exhibition transport, what counts are the dimensions of the fully packed unit – not the product dimensions from the data sheet. Measure including pallet, protective frame and protruding handles; with reliable package dimensions we plan vehicle and load without surprises.
