Transporting palletised exhibition goods

We deliver your palletised exhibition goods to the fairground and back if required. The pallet count is a good start; for a reliable quotation we also need the total height, side overhangs and the weight of each loaded pallet.

Do not count a pallet of boxes again as loose boxes – list the load unit and its contents separately. If more material is added on top later, update height and weight even if the number of pallets stays the same. Also say whether the pallets can be stacked: this often decides the load space required.

What matters

Total height is measured including the pallet and its load.
Side overhangs beyond the pallet edge are stated.
Each loaded pallet has its own weight and a note on stackability.

Plan your transport

Can I just give the number of pallets?

The count is a good starting point but not a complete transport description. Add the height, overhangs, weight and stackability of the loaded units, especially if the pallets are packed differently. We can then plan the vehicle and unloading at the fairground properly.

Organising mixed exhibition shipments

Pallets, boxes, cases and long components in a single shipment are the norm at trade fairs. We organise mixed shipments reliably too, provided the package types are listed separately and shared recipient groups are recognisable.

Stating the weight of event shipments

The weight of the main unit is rarely the weight of the package. For vehicle choice, handling equipment and unloading at the fairground, we need the gross weight per package – including case, pallet and accessories, clearly separating weighed values from estimates.

Measuring exhibition goods in their packed state

For your exhibition transport, what counts are the dimensions of the fully packed unit – not the product dimensions from the data sheet. Measure including pallet, protective frame and protruding handles; with reliable package dimensions we plan vehicle and load without surprises.
