We transport speakers, mixing desks, amplifiers and cable boxes to your trade fair or event. Because heavy cabinets and light accessory boxes are handled very differently, we plan with a package list and shared handover groups.

The complete audio plan and the selection that actually travels are rarely identical. Mark equipment that will be supplemented on site from another stock. For components that travel, case number and system assignment should match, so that cables and control parts do not end up at another stage or stand area.

What matters

Heavy single items such as subwoofers are listed with their own weight.
Cable and accessory boxes are counted and numbered separately.
Components handed over together form a named group.

Plan your transport

Is a single line item enough for all the audio equipment?

A collective description hides the difference between heavy speakers and small accessory boxes. Break the equipment down by package with weights. This lets us plan handling equipment and unloading properly, and your team finds every group straight away at the destination.

Transporting flight cases for events

We organise transport for your flight cases to trade fairs and events. Identical cases can differ greatly in weight, so we plan with the number, weight and contents of each case and take castors and handles into account when loading.

Transporting lighting equipment for events

We transport fixtures, lighting control, truss sections and rigging materials for your exhibition stand or event. To make sure nothing is missing at the destination, we plan the equipment as one system with a list of all transport containers – not just the visible fixtures.

Stating the weight of event shipments

The weight of the main unit is rarely the weight of the package. For vehicle choice, handling equipment and unloading at the fairground, we need the gross weight per package – including case, pallet and accessories, clearly separating weighed values from estimates.
