We transport fixtures, lighting control, truss sections and rigging materials for your exhibition stand or event. To make sure nothing is missing at the destination, we plan the equipment as one system with a list of all transport containers – not just the visible fixtures.

If a lighting desk is shared between several events, get confirmation that it really travels on this date. A system plan is a useful guide but does not replace a container list: it may show components that are never handed over at collection. The clearer the assignment, the faster the lighting is set up at the stand.

Fixtures, control and accessories are recorded as one system with a shared ID.
The number of transport containers per system is given, not just the number of fixtures.
Rigging materials such as clamps and safety cables are listed in full.

How do I record lighting equipment that belongs together?

Link fixtures, control and rigging materials through a group ID and state the number of containers. That way we see space and weight at a glance, and your technical team can tell at the destination which cases belong to which system.

We transport speakers, mixing desks, amplifiers and cable boxes to your trade fair or event. Because heavy cabinets and light accessory boxes are handled very differently, we plan with a package list and shared handover groups.
