We organise transport for your prototype to the trade fair so that it is on the stand in time for the presentation. Series dimensions and standard packaging rarely fit prototypes, so we plan with the data of the actual unit, its loose attachments and its current transport condition.

Work on a prototype often continues shortly before a presentation. Agree a data status to which dimensions and photos refer, and report changes with a short note: new attachment, extra demo case, different packaging. That keeps the transport plannable even if the unit is still evolving until collection day.

What matters

Dimensions and weight come from the actual prototype, not from series data.
Loose attachments are listed individually and linked to the prototype.
The current transport condition is documented with a date and photo.

Plan your transport

May I use the data of a series product?

Only if it applies to the unit actually being shipped. Prototypes often have different builds and packaging. Mark catalogue values as provisional and replace them once the unit has been measured – then our quotation matches the item we collect.
