Pallets, boxes, cases and long components in a single shipment are the norm at trade fairs. We organise mixed shipments reliably too, provided the package types are listed separately and shared recipient groups are recognisable.

A clear list separates independent packages from the contents of larger units, so boxes on a pallet are not counted twice. Group IDs show which differently packed items belong to the same stand. This lets us build the load sensibly, and your stand team receives matching items together.

Plan your transport

How do I describe a shipment without uniform packaging?

Record each packaging type with its own count, dimensions and weight. A total without a breakdown treats long components, pallets and small boxes as the same. With the breakdown, we plan load space and sequence so that everything arrives at the stand in order.

Creating packing lists for exhibition transport

A clean package list makes your exhibition transport faster, easier to plan and clearer at the stand. It links the number, contents, dimensions and weight of every package and gives us the basis for quotation, loading and handover.

Transporting palletised exhibition goods

We deliver your palletised exhibition goods to the fairground and back if required. The pallet count is a good start; for a reliable quotation we also need the total height, side overhangs and the weight of each loaded pallet.

We organise transport for joint and national pavilion stands where several exhibitors share one space. A joint delivery reduces coordination effort; so that everyone gets their own material back afterwards, we label packages by company from the start.
