Transporting graphics and signage for events

We transport printed panels, banner rolls, frames and display stands to your trade fair or event. Because these items come in very different package shapes, we plan long rolls and large panels separately and assign each graphic to its area of use.

A graphic often consists of several parts, such as a frame and interchangeable print surfaces. Link their identifiers to the design and to the wall area on the stand. If there are several language versions, the current one belongs on the list – an old event name on a transport sleeve otherwise quickly leads to the wrong assignment.

What matters

Long rolls are listed individually with their length including the sleeve.
Printed sides are protected, and their position during transport is noted.
Each graphic is assigned to the intended wall or stand area.

Plan your transport

Can banner rolls be included in the normal box count?

No, list long rolls separately, even if they weigh little. Their length determines how they can lie in the vehicle and is quite different from standard boxes. Knowing the roll length, we plan load space properly and your graphic arrives without kinks.

Delivering stand components to a trade fair

We deliver the wall panels, profiles, flooring and fittings for your exhibition stand so your build crew can start straight away. We group packages by build area and align delivery and handover with the start of your build-up time.

Labelling exhibition goods clearly

Clear labelling decides whether your exhibition goods reach the right stand quickly. In addition to the venue address, every package should show the event, hall, stand number, exhibitor and package number – in line with the organiser’s delivery information.

Measuring exhibition goods in their packed state

For your exhibition transport, what counts are the dimensions of the fully packed unit – not the product dimensions from the data sheet. Measure including pallet, protective frame and protruding handles; with reliable package dimensions we plan vehicle and load without surprises.
