Plan your transport
A dismantling schedule describes working hours, not the moment packages are ready. Decide who confirms readiness for collection after packing. If some areas finish later, their packages stay separately visible – otherwise a blanket ‘stand dismantled’ message hides a return that is still incomplete.
Dismantling phases and access
Many exhibition centres only let vehicles into the halls a certain time after closing, often in stages. Check the exhibitor manual to see from when dismantling and collection are permitted. We plan collection within that framework and coordinate it with your dismantling crew.
Get empty packaging back in time
Missing return packaging can delay packing. Clarify when stored empties will be back at the stand – otherwise collection readiness slips, even if the stand has long been cleared.
What matters
- End of the fair and actual collection readiness are stated separately.
- It is agreed who packs and makes the empty packaging available in time.
- A member of the dismantling crew confirms release for collection.
