A product launch brings together exhibits, presentation material and event equipment from different departments. We organise transport so that everything runs under one project ID and the material needed first is ready at the venue first.

R&D, marketing and event technology often deliver separately. A shared project ID prevents similar enquiries from being treated as separate events. Also record which items are only needed for the rehearsal and which stay until the end of the presentation: this determines whether an early partial return makes sense.

The preferred sequence for preparation is stated.
Separately packed products for the reveal are recorded as packages of their own.

Plan your transport

How do I prioritise material for a product launch?

State the order in which your team needs the items – for example stage material first, then the exhibit, giveaways last. We coordinate delivery and unloading on that basis. A specific unloading sequence is recorded in the quotation once it is confirmed as workable on site.

Your demo unit needs to arrive at the stand complete and ready to use. We organise transport of demonstration equipment and accessories to trade fairs and events, and clarify in advance in what condition the unit travels and which parts are packed separately.

We are happy to work with event and exhibition agencies and organise transport for their clients. To implement changes quickly and cleanly, we agree at the start who places the order, who approves changes and who is the operational contact at the stand.
