Location and handover point

Record the collection point in Germany and each receiving address in Spain with its own quantity. For multiple stops in Madrid or Barcelona, agree receiving windows and sequence separately. If goods move on afterwards, confirm the remaining packing list after the first handover for the next leg.

Planning example for this task

Set a return list alongside the outbound list. A used sample, an empty crate and a returning exhibit are different items; the end of dismantling may differ from collection readiness.

Match the gate, handover and responsibilities

Have sender and recipient confirm the same scope: point on site, available handling equipment, responsible person and time window. Missing unloading support remains an open task even when the street address is known.

What matters

  • Confirm the actual goods entrance
  • Record contact and handover scope for each site
  • Match exhibits to package numbers
  • Assign receipt and repacking to named people
  • Record return quantities and destination separately

If a handover point is an event venue

Start a Spain enquiry with the exact destination and preferred receiving sequence. For Madrid or Barcelona exhibition goods, add venue, event and stand rather than just the city. For several events, record consumption, onward transfer and returns separately so the quantities at each stage remain clear.

Sources and their scope

Sources describe countries or individual locations. They do not confirm a transport service or an available date. Access and execution must be agreed for the actual job.
