Location and handover point
For collection in Germany, match the packing list, dispatch readiness and release contact. At the Czech destination, identify the plant, warehouse or project department and its actual goods entrance. Order reference, items and receiving contact must relate to the same job; additional destinations need their own quantities and dates.
Planning example for this task
Set a return list alongside the outbound list. A used sample, an empty crate and a returning exhibit are different items; the end of dismantling may differ from collection readiness.
Match the gate, handover and responsibilities
Have sender and recipient confirm the same scope: point on site, available handling equipment, responsible person and time window. Missing unloading support remains an open task even when the street address is known.
What matters
- Confirm the actual goods entrance
- Record contact and handover scope for each site
- Match exhibits to package numbers
- Assign receipt and repacking to named people
- Record return quantities and destination separately
If a handover point is an event venue
For Czech factories, describe whether goods go to a warehouse, assembly area or project department. References and contacts should relate to the same order. At a Prague exhibition destination, event, hall and stand replace factory details; a later onward stage needs its own packing list.
Sources and their scope
Sources describe countries or individual locations. They do not confirm a transport service or an available date. Access and execution must be agreed for the actual job.
PVA EXPO PRAHA identifies its venue in Praha 9–Letňany.
