Location and handover point
Allocate the Czech pickup to an actual warehouse or factory area. Italian sample presentations also need the receiving contact and intended handover inside the building. Describe sensitive surfaces and packaging that must remain with the recipient, especially when a later return is planned.
Planning example for this task
Set a return list alongside the outbound list. A used sample, an empty crate and a returning exhibit are different items; the end of dismantling may differ from collection readiness.
Match the gate, handover and responsibilities
Have sender and recipient confirm the same scope: point on site, available handling equipment, responsible person and time window. Missing unloading support remains an open task even when the street address is known.

- Assign receipt and repacking to named people
- Record return quantities and destination separately
