The packing list from the last show often contains more material than you need now. Compare the current stand drawing with the shipping stock. Watch the shared connectors: they must not be left out just because larger modules stay in storage. The person responsible for the system is best placed to confirm open assignments.

The number of modules required is derived from the stand drawing.
Modules that stay in storage are explicitly marked as not travelling.

Plan your transport

Should the entire module stock always travel?

No. The planned stand configuration determines what is needed. Selecting for this event prevents the entire storage inventory from appearing in the enquiry and inflating the quotation. Smaller stands often need considerably less load space than the full system.

We deliver the wall panels, profiles, flooring and fittings for your exhibition stand so your build crew can start straight away. We group packages by build area and align delivery and handover with the start of your build-up time.

Transporting from warehouse to venue

Are your stand build and exhibits stored in your own or a third-party warehouse between fairs? We collect the material there and bring it to the event. To make collection run smoothly, we clarify release, collection reference and warehouse contact in advance.

A clean package list makes your exhibition transport faster, easier to plan and clearer at the stand. It links the number, contents, dimensions and weight of every package and gives us the basis for quotation, loading and handover.
