Are your stand build and exhibits stored in your own or a third-party warehouse between fairs? We collect the material there and bring it to the event. To make collection run smoothly, we clarify release, collection reference and warehouse contact in advance.

Stock in storage and stock released for shipping are not the same thing. Have the units intended for the event assigned to a specific release reference. With similar cases or modular systems, the warehouse contact must be able to see which configuration is released and which similar units stay in stock.

Release of the goods has been approved by the warehouse.
A collection reference and the warehouse’s loading times are known.
The warehouse’s release list matches the event packing list.

What matters most before a warehouse collection?

The goods must be released, staged and clearly identifiable. Align reference, packing list and warehouse contact and tell us the warehouse’s loading times. That way no missing release authorisation comes to light only at collection, and the schedule to the fair stays stable.

Assigning order references to event transport

If you look after several fairs, brands or stand areas at the same time, a clear reference prevents mix-ups. Assign enquiry, quotation and invoice to the same project or purchase order number and name the ordering company – so purchasing and accounts can find every transport straight away.

We organise collections from several locations and bring the partial shipments to the fair together – planned on the basis of packages, contact and readiness at each pickup point.
