Location and handover point

Sweden extends far north, so a handover in the south does not automatically describe the entire journey to another receiving location. For every destination, name the municipality, postcode and confirmed delivery address. A remote project site benefits from access instructions and a reachable person on site. Also explain whether the receiving window is flexible and whether an earlier arrival of goods can be accommodated.

Planning example for this task

Assign exhibits and stand material to the actual place of use. Mark in one list what stays and what returns; this creates a separate quantity basis for both directions.

Separate the arrival point from the point of use

Provide the actual final address and the time the goods are needed there. Record product temperature requirements separately from weather assumptions; any special suitability must be confirmed.

What matters

  • Identify final recipient beyond arrival city
  • Describe access to the project site
  • State receiving-window flexibility
  • Match exhibits to package numbers
  • Assign receipt and repacking to named people
  • Record return quantities and destination separately
Sources and their scope

Sources describe countries or individual locations. They do not confirm a transport service or an available date. Access and execution must be agreed for the actual job.
