Location and handover point

Bulgarian uses the Cyrillic alphabet. Ask the recipient for the original address and, where available, a Latin-script version. At a business site, a marked entrance and receiving department are more useful than the company name alone. Assign packages and references to the correct receiving location and state which language the contact can use to resolve questions about the handover.

Planning example for this task

Assign exhibits and stand material to the actual place of use. Mark in one list what stays and what returns; this creates a separate quantity basis for both directions.

Confirm the address before copying a reference

Use the confirmed address of the actual recipient. Check town, postcode and goods entrance together; an order or billing address is usable only when goods are received there.

What matters

  • Attach original address and postcode
  • Mark the entrance or delivery point
  • Name a reachable contact and language
  • Match exhibits to package numbers
  • Assign receipt and repacking to named people
  • Record return quantities and destination separately
Sources and their scope

Sources describe countries or individual locations. They do not confirm a transport service or an available date. Access and execution must be agreed for the actual job.
