Location and handover point

For Prague, give the earliest collection time after preparation, packing and release are complete. The Vienna team confirms the actual receiving point and time the goods are needed. If only part moves on, create its own packing list; goods left behind must not be counted as travelling cargo.

Planning example for this task

Set a return list alongside the outbound list. A used sample, an empty crate and a returning exhibit are different items; the end of dismantling may differ from collection readiness.

Connect two confirmed readiness states

Record collection and destination with separate contacts. The earliest collection time starts after agreed preparation and release; at the destination use the confirmed receiving window. Specify any storage need or changed quantity separately.

What matters

  • Confirm the actual goods entrance
  • Record contact and handover scope for each site
  • Match exhibits to package numbers
  • Assign receipt and repacking to named people
  • Record return quantities and destination separately

If a handover point is an event venue

The end of a Prague event does not establish when goods can be collected. Add dismantling, packing and release contact. The Vienna team should name room or stand, required sequence and receiving window. Identify which goods continue and which remain after the first event.

Sources and their scope

Sources describe countries or individual locations. They do not confirm a transport service or an available date. Access and execution must be agreed for the actual job.
