Planning example · illustrative scenario
Illustrative planning example: A business plans to move reusable stand components from its Berlin warehouse to an exhibition in Paris.
Discuss a similar task ↗The shipment contains frames, printed panels, a reception counter and an accessory case in their transport packaging.
The stand builder needs some parts first. The gate and delivery window remain open, so priorities must fit the packages and handover arrangements.
The warehouse labels each package with dimensions, weight and its stand area.
The project team combines venue address, hall, stand number and access-registration status.
The stand builder and receiving contact identify priorities and the requested handover point for review.

We deliver the wall panels, profiles, flooring and fittings for your exhibition stand so your build crew can start straight away. We group packages by build area and align delivery and handover with the start of your build-up time.
Learn moreYour stand builder needs the right material at the right time. We coordinate delivery with your stand build-up: from when someone accepts the shipment, which components are needed for the first step, and where handover takes place.
Learn moreHall number, entry gate and stand number serve different purposes in an exhibition delivery: the gate determines access, the hall the area, the stand number the recipient. List all three separately – then we route your shipment to the stand without detours.
